Bolaji is a student of the University of Lagos, and was part of the University of Lagos team that participated in the Price Media Law Moot Competition organised by the University of Oxford in 2016.
He is part of the pioneer team that founded the Cyber-Tech Law Hub which is aimed at finding a synergy between law and technology.
He pushes for a reform in Nigeria’s educational system, removal of the federal character principle, the justiciability of our fundamental objective, embracing our home made goods, national over sectional loyalty and more African co-operation.
His interests include public interest litigation, media law and international human rights.
Ilamosi Ekenimoh is a fourth year Law student, and a non-tribalist Nigerian with influences from all over the country. She is also a passionate Pan-Africanist, and an avid follower of politics, governance and history.
She believes strongly in the power of the youth to shape the future, and currently works closely with several NGOs: including the Lagos Model United Nations, where she served as the director of Research for the last two years, and the Skies outside School Foundation, where she serves as a professional mentor. Ilamosi is also active within various organisations in her school, including the Universities’ Mooting Society and Debate Society, through which she has represented her university and won awards in local and international competitions.
Deolu Dara holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science degree and a Master of Environmental Design degree (Architecture), from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He also holds an MBA degree from the Pan African University’s Lagos Business School.
He has over 13 years experience in corporate finance, business development, project and development management, design strategy and Implementation.
He is also an amateur jazz saxophonist and an avid art collector with an eye for African and Asian contemporary art. He owns a small car business that evolved from his love for automobile engineering and detailing.
Helen Attah is a beauty entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Beauty Maven NG. She is from Emere, Ankpa Local Government, Kogi State.
She has a degree in Business Education from the Ekiti State University, Ekiti State. She has 8 years of working experience, and currently the HR/Admin Supervisor at Youth Party.
Wale Irokosu is a legal practitioner and a Notary Public. He graduated with an LL.B (Hons.) degree from the University of Central England, Birmingham, U.K., in 2001. He later obtained a master’s degree (LL.M) in Maritime Law in 2002, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
He worked at various times in the law firms of ‘Femi Okunnu & Co., Olaotan Ajose-Adeogun & Co., and B. Ayorinde & Co. He is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Probitas Partners LLP (Barristers & Solicitors).
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Shipbrokers (Baltic Exchange), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (C.I.T.N.), and Chartered Institute of Arbitration (U.K.).
He sits on the boards of Ovie Brume Foundation and Ideas for Lagos (a think-tank for the development of Lagos State).
Mr. Sada Malumfashi is a writer from Malumfashi, Katsina State. He is the Founder/CEO of the literary arts collective, Open Arts. His works have appeared in Transition Magazine, New Orleans Review, Saraba Magazine, This is Africa, Music in Africa and The Africa Report amongst others. He is a recipient of the Sylt Foundation Writing Residency in Germany and was a participant in the 2017 Goethe Institute Nigeria-Cameroon Literary Exchange Workshop. He was shortlisted for the 2017 Kofi Addo Prize for Creative Nonfiction administered by Writivism. He is interested in the intricacies of languages and works on translations bilingually in Hausa and English. His poem and translations from Hausa have appeared in the National Translation Month Issue of 2017.
Olusegun Adeniyi was born to the family of Mr. Folorunsho Aderemi Adeniyi and Mrs. Bibitayo Abolade Adeniyi (nee Laoye) in Ede, Osun State.
Segun holds a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Central England in Birmingham, UK, and an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK.
He is a trained software engineer and multi-skilled professional with over 15 years of client-facing, business and technical experience, ranging from various active roles in different sales, delivery and service management stages of Systems and Applications Integration projects for various market leaders in the global telecommunications industry.
He is currently running a niche consultancy, Castellum Consulting, operating as technical and business advisors to a number of international investors within the IT and technology space, specialising in providing strategic and operational advice to maximise revenue, expenditure and profitability within most optimal timelines, as well as build sustainable competitive advantage.
Segun has a keen interest in building leaders and mentors in the society, and currently serves in a number of capacities within his church, as a teacher and mentor for teenage children and young adults.
Ifeanyi is a legal practitioner with keen interest in taxation, secured credit transactions, maritime, aviation, corporate, and commercial practice. He has experience in various aspects of law, including litigation.
He has an L.L.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is studying for his L.L.M at the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Oluwashina holds a Master’s of Science degree in Renewable Energy Systems Technology from the Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK. He is also a corporate member of the prestigious Nigerian Society of Engineers and a member of the Energy Institute, UK.
He is currently a Project Manager at Viathan Engineering Limited, a company that develops embedded and captive power solutions for state governments, manufacturing companies and large electricity consumers in general.
Previously, he worked with Soltech Power, UK as a Project Engineer where he was responsible for supervising ongoing projects and also seeking for potential customers.
He has also worked with the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure as an engineer and head of the Solar Energy Unit.
