Oghenekevwe was born in Warri, Delta State and he obtained his law degree from the University of Benin, in 2011 and was called to the bar in 2012.
He joined the law firm of Probitas Partners LLP, Lagos, in February 2014, and he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and several volunteer organisations, including the Nigerian Red Cross Society.
